BACKGROUND
Two major Australian banks enlisted the help of Leaders IT in partnership with Peoplebank, to face the urgent necessity of fortifying their cybersecurity capabilities amidst the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats and stringent regulatory demands.
As part of continued strengthening identity management, information security training, technical analysis, and certificate management, the organisations sought collaboration with Leaders IT to address these pivotal areas effectively, while uplifting agile delivery capability.
APPROACH
Skilled professionals were provided through Peoplebank to provide assistance to the organisation’s identity squads. They facilitated requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user story elaboration, and dependency management, ensuring seamless project delivery. Leaders IT was tasked with developing, implementing and maintaining the
information security training programs tailored to various roles and business units. A dedicated technical lead was appointed to assess the current state of certificate management, lead product selection, coordinate vendor roles, and establish certificate
management capabilities in both test and production environments.
