As a Leaders IT employee, you will ​receive a competitive salary combined ​with entitlements similar to that of ​permanent employment including:

  • 4 weeks paid annual leave*
  • Paid public holiday pay
  • 10 days per annum sick leave (pro-rata)*
  • Parental leave after a qualifying period
  • Full entitlement to salary sacrifice ​options
  • 4-week notice period*
  • Long service leave
