An innovative solution to the IT industry’s most pressing needs.


WHAT IS CUSP?

For those on the cusp of greatness, this is a 12-month ​program that seeks out, hires, and enhances the skills of ​traditionally underrepresented talent within the IT industry.


Participants include recent graduates, those returning to work, and those looking ​to transition careers. Each CUSP participant is placed with a client organisation for ​the duration of the program, receiving on-the-job training. Clients are also given ​the opportunity to extend employment beyond the duration of the program.


Throughout the program, participants embark on a structured pathway for ​professional growth, focusing on both tech and soft skills. Each participant ​receives an individually tailored training plan, developed in collaboration with ​their placement organisation. This plan is supported by a comprehensive suite of ​resources, materials, and guidance from our industry-leading mentors, launched ​towards excellence.

KINLEY ZAM:


CAPACITY UPLIFT SOLUTION PROGRAM GRADUATE


Kinley was a former contractor of ours in an IT Service Desk role for ​the Western Australian Government, but told us her true passion was ​data science and wished for a way to enter into the field.


She started at a mining company in the Rail Monitoring division as a ​Junior Data Scientist in January 2023, where she completed the ​Capacity Uplift Program developing her skills over twelve months, and ​is now becoming a permanent Data Scientist in the same team.
