About the role :
The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across the branch, the department, and externally with other agencies and vendors
Required skills and competencies:
- Over 10 years of experience in business analysis for large-scale, complex ICT programs/projects, specializing in SharePoint, M365, D365, Document/Case Management Solutions, and EDRMS preferably in the public service sector.
- Proven expertise in leading business process and system modeling activities for large organizations, utilizing Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for Use Case development.
- Skilled in analyzing complex, ambiguous business situations and providing improvement recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Adept at facilitating stakeholder input, prioritizing requirements, establishing requirement baselines, and ensuring traceability and formal agreement.
- Experienced in independently developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement strategies, providing feedback, and facilitating business decision-making.
- Strong in stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for managing requirements and project documentation.
