Role and responsibilities
- The ERP Operations Manager oversees the operational and related management of SAP legacy ecosystem by leading a team of technical experts and related technology across the enterprise-wide SAP system.
- The role will continually monitor the SAP Platforms, including and not limited to: environments, managing releases across the landscape including migration of SAP Projects, SAP Security and other SAP patching needs through Development, Quality and testing prior to management of release with internal governance forums and stakeholders.
- The ERP Operations Manager will help redefine the service catalogue, service offerings and operational needs. In saying this it should be acknowledged that the role is also expected to work alongside the phased implementation of S4HANA as the new ERP System is released.
- Training and certifications in one or more of the following: Project and/or Program Management Prince2, PMBOK, PMI, ITIL, Contract Management
- Some experience in SAP Activate, ASAP Methodologies, SAP PI/XI desirable
- Problem solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, task and time management, prioritisation and decision making.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse team across employees, contractors and vendors.
