About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Lead to drive data governance, quality, and migration for its SAP S/4 HANA Migration Program. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth data transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA, improving data integrity, analytics, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
âś… Lead Data Migration & Governance – Oversee data extraction, transformation, and integration into SAP S/4 HANA.
âś… Ensure Data Quality – Implement data cleansing, validation, and reporting strategies.
âś… Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners.
âś… Compliance & Frameworks – Ensure alignment with government regulations and best practices (DAMA DMBOK, SAP, Azure).
âś… Team Leadership – Mentor data analysts and drive cross-functional collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
âś” Extensive experience in ERP data migration & governance (preferably SAP S/4 HANA).
âś” Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills in a government or regulated environment.
âś” Expertise in data management frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK) and relevant technologies (SAP S/4 HANA, Azure, Jira, Power BI).
âś” Degree or qualification in Data/Information Management (preferred).
