Role Overview:
As the Digital Product Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering outstanding digital experiences that align with the company’s strategic goals. You will work across multiple teams, prioritising initiatives that combine technology, design, operations, compliance, and risk to ensure seamless product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and management of a market-leading digital product portfolio.
• Define the roadmap for digital products and features, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, customer needs, and market trends.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, balancing the needs of various business units and customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and delivery, to ensure timely and effective execution of product initiatives.
• Oversee the successful delivery of new features, ensuring they meet business goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and optimise user experience.
• Drive the operational readiness of new features and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth product performance.
• Stay up to date with fintech trends and digital innovations to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
About You:
• At least 4-5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience in the home lending space, including familiarity with broker and aggregator channels, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, tools, and processes (JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics).
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise features, and deliver digital solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various business units.
• A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in financial services is highly advantageous.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
