Change Lead:

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for a high-impact transformation project. This role will focus on stakeholder engagement, training, and communication to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and organisational transformation, with a proven ability to manage large-scale change initiatives in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support project objectives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Assess organisational readiness for change, identifying potential barriers and developing mitigation strategies to enhance adoption.
  • Design and deliver tailored training plans, coordinating workshops and hands-on learning activities to support user adoption.
  • Manage project communication channels, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging through various platforms such as SharePoint, FAQs, and user guides.
  • Support UAT and rollout phases, collaborating with project teams to align technical implementation with business needs and ensure a seamless transition.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale organisational change programs within complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI or equivalent) and experience in technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workforce Software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging training and communication materials.
